At Blueberry Botanicals, we stand behind the quality of every product. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable items, opened products, and customised orders are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@blueberrybotanicals.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
