General Shipping

We ship across India and to select international destinations. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Kerala facility. Dispatch timelines vary by product category and are indicated on each product page.

Live Plants & Fruit Trees — Shipping Rates

Within Kerala

  • Shipping is charged at ₹80 per kg based on packed weight.
  • Most mango, jackfruit, and guava plants weigh approximately 1 kg each.
  • Actual shipping is charged by packed/volumetric weight as determined at dispatch.

Outside Kerala (Pan-India)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided for courier damage, transit stress, delays, wilting, leaf loss, or plant condition on arrival outside Kerala.
  • Plants are living products — some transit stress is normal and expected.

Returned Shipments

Shipments returned due to any of the following reasons are non-refundable:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery address
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Locked premises
  • Courier non-response or failed delivery attempts

Kerala Claims — Video Requirement

For any damage or quality claims on orders delivered within Kerala, a continuous, unedited opening video of the package is mandatory. Claims without an opening video cannot be processed.

Ayurvedic Products, Herbal Extracts & Other Products

  • Standard courier delivery across India.
  • International shipping available for select products — additional charges apply.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within India.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select product categories including botanical extracts, seeds, cashew products, and herbal products. Additional courier charges apply.

Important — Import Responsibility: The buyer/importer is solely responsible for all import permits, quarantine approvals, phytosanitary compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination-country regulations. Blueberry Botanicals may assist in obtaining export and phytosanitary documents at additional cost where available but does not guarantee customs clearance or import approval.

  • Images shown are representative only. Actual plants may vary in size, shape, colour, and growth stage.
  • Minor leaf loss, branch damage, transplant shock, colour variation, flowering variation, and growth differences are not considered defects.
  • No liability is accepted for courier damage, weather damage, plant stress, transit losses, or regulatory restrictions.
  • No liability is accepted for customs rejection, seizure, delays, quarantine actions, or import refusal for international orders.
  • Maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase value paid.
