Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or other available payment methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. Use the tracking number on the courier's website to track your shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD availability depends on your location and order value. Check at checkout for COD availability for your pin code.


Shipping

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 3–7 business days for most locations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, UK, USA, and other countries. Additional courier charges apply for international shipping. Visit our Export Knowledge Base for details.

How are live plants packaged for shipping?

Live plants and cassava stem cuttings are carefully packaged with moisture-retaining material to ensure they arrive in good condition. We use specialised packaging designed for plant transit.

How are essential oils packaged for shipping?

Essential oils are packed in secure, leak-proof packaging with bubble wrap and outer carton protection to prevent breakage during transit.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available above a certain order value — check the current offer at checkout.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping typically takes 3–7 days (express air) or 7–14 days (economy air). Sea freight for bulk orders takes 20–35 days. See our Export Knowledge Base for details.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Can I return herbal powders or essential oils?

Due to the nature of herbal and botanical products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout. For wholesale and export orders, we also accept bank wire transfer (TT).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes. International buyers can pay via credit card or bank wire transfer. Contact us for wire transfer details for bulk export orders.


Product Usage

How do I use Kashayam?

Kashayams are typically taken diluted with warm water, often before meals. Standard dosage is 15–30ml diluted in equal parts warm water, twice daily, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Always consult a practitioner for personalised guidance.

How do I dilute essential oils for topical use?

Add 2–3 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil for body use (2–3% dilution). For facial use, use 1 drop per teaspoon (0.5–1% dilution). Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to skin without guidance.

How do I use herbal face pack powders?

Mix 1–2 teaspoons of herbal powder with rose water or plain water to form a smooth paste. Apply to cleansed face, leave for 15–20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water. Always patch test first.

What is the shelf life of herbal powders?

Our herbal powders typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the manufacturing date when stored correctly. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.

How do I store essential oils?

Store essential oils in dark glass bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Properly stored essential oils last 1–3 years depending on the oil type.

Are your herbal products safe for children?

Some herbal products may not be suitable for children. Always consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or paediatrician before giving herbal products to children.

Do you export to the Gulf region?

What documents do you provide for export orders?

We provide COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (for seeds), FSSAI Certificate, and Halal Certificate (on request). See our Export Knowledge Base for the full list.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save your details for faster checkout.
