How to Make a Reed Diffuser
Materials: 100ml glass bottle, 6–8 rattan reed sticks, 80ml carrier oil, 20ml alcohol, essential oil blend.
Method: Pour carrier oil, add alcohol, stir. Add EO drops and stir. Insert reeds — flip after 24 hours. Flip every 2–3 days. Replace reeds monthly.
How to Make Shower Steamers
Materials: 1 cup baking soda, ¼ cup citric acid, 2 tbsp cornstarch, essential oil blend, silicone moulds.
Method: Mix dry ingredients. Add EOs. Spritz water very slowly, mixing constantly. Press into moulds. Dry 24–48 hours. Place on shower floor away from direct water stream.
