Important: International seed and cassava cutting orders require mandatory export documentation. The following charges apply over and above product and shipping costs.

📌 Charges vary based on destination country, order quantity, and species. Do not place an order without first confirming charges and requirements with us. All charges are confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

Please read carefully before placing an international order.

1. Importer Responsibility — Customs & Import Clearance

The import of seeds, plant cuttings, and plant material is strictly regulated in most countries. All customs clearance, import duties, quarantine inspections, and regulatory compliance at the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the importer (buyer). Blueberry Botanicals bears no liability for shipments held, seized, or destroyed by destination country customs or plant quarantine authorities.

2. Pre-Purchase Due Diligence — Mandatory

We strongly advise all international buyers to:

• Consult your country's agriculture or plant quarantine authority (e.g., USDA APHIS — USA, DEFRA — UK, MOCCAE — UAE, DAFF — Australia) before ordering
• Confirm which seed varieties and plant species are permitted for import into your country
• Obtain any required import permits from your country's authority prior to shipment
• Understand prohibited and restricted species lists applicable in your jurisdiction
• Factor in quarantine inspection timelines at your port of entry

⚠️ Blueberry Botanicals will not process refunds for orders that are seized, rejected, or destroyed at destination customs due to import restriction non-compliance. It is the importer's sole responsibility to ensure the ordered items are legally importable into their country.

3. Documentation We Provide

On request and subject to applicable government fees (quoted case-to-case), we can arrange:

• ✅ Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by Plant Quarantine Authority of India)
• ✅ Certificate of Origin
• ✅ Packing List & Commercial Invoice
• ✅ Country-specific certifications (where available — quoted separately)

📌 Documentation requests must be raised at the time of enquiry — before order placement and before any payment is made. Retroactive documentation cannot be arranged.

4. Lead Time for Documentation

Phytosanitary certificates and quarantine inspections require 5–10 working days processing time after order confirmation. International orders will not be dispatched until all required documentation is complete.

5. Prohibited Destinations

We are unable to ship seeds or plant material to countries with blanket bans on plant imports without prior import permits. If you are unsure whether your country accepts seed imports from India, contact us before placing your order.

6. No Yield or Germination Guarantee for International Orders

Transit conditions, customs delays, and quarantine inspections may affect seed viability. While we pack to the highest standards, we cannot guarantee germination rates for seeds subjected to extended customs holds or adverse transit conditions outside our control.
