Wholesale & Export FAQ — 20 Most Asked Questions Answered

Your most important questions about wholesale, B2B, and international export of Ayurvedic herbs, essential oils, herbal powders, seeds, and live plants from Blueberry Botanicals — answered clearly and accurately.

Wholesale (Domestic India)

1. Who qualifies for wholesale pricing?

Wholesale pricing is available to retailers, distributors, Ayurvedic practitioners and clinics, wellness brands, formulators, hotels and spas, research institutions, and any business purchasing for commercial use. We do not require a minimum business size — contact us with your requirements and we will assess suitability.

2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

MOQs vary by product category and form (bulk vs. retail-packed). We are flexible with MOQs for new wholesale partners — contact us with your specific requirements and we will work with you to find a suitable arrangement. There is no single universal MOQ across all products.

3. How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Send an enquiry to wholesale@blueberrybotanicals.in with: your business name and type, products of interest with approximate quantities, intended use, frequency of requirement, packaging preference, GST number, and contact details. We respond within 2 business days.

4. Do you offer custom labelling or private label?

Yes — custom labelling and private label options are available for qualifying order quantities. We require all private label products to carry accurate botanical names (Latin binomial) and comply with applicable regulations (FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics Act). Contact us with your private label requirements.

5. What payment terms do you offer for wholesale?

New wholesale accounts: advance payment required. Established accounts with a track record of timely payment: credit terms available (typically 15–30 days). Contact us to discuss credit terms after your first order.

6. What is the lead time for wholesale orders?

Standard stock items: 3–7 business days. Custom or bulk orders: 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and product. Seasonal products (live plants, fresh rhizomes): subject to availability — contact us for current availability.

7. Can I get samples before placing a wholesale order?

Yes — sample packs are available for most products. Sample costs are typically credited against the first wholesale order. Contact us with your sample requirements and we will arrange accordingly.

8. What documentation do you provide with wholesale orders?

Standard documentation: GST invoice, packing list, batch records. On request: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), FSSAI certificate, Botanical Identity Certificate. Additional documentation available for export orders — see Export section below.

9. Do you supply SNA Ayurvedic products wholesale?

Yes — SNA Ayurvedic products are available for wholesale. Contact us for product list, pricing, and MOQs for SNA products specifically.

10. Can I visit your facility before placing a wholesale order?

Facility visits can be arranged for serious wholesale enquiries. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit. We welcome transparency and encourage prospective wholesale partners to see our operations firsthand.

Export (International)

11. Which countries do you export to?

We export to most countries. Priority markets: GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines), Europe, North America, and Australia. Some products have restrictions in specific markets — contact us with your country and product requirements.

12. What export documentation do you provide?

Standard export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin. Additional documentation available: FSSAI certificate, phytosanitary certificate (for plant material), plant quarantine certificate (for bulk plant/seed exports), Certificate of Analysis (CoA), GC/MS report (for essential oils), MSDS/SDS (for essential oils), fumigation certificate (on request), Halal certificate (select products). See our Export Center for full details.

13. What is a phytosanitary certificate and when is it required?

A phytosanitary certificate is an official document issued by India's National Plant Protection Organisation (NPPO) certifying that plant material is free from pests and diseases. It is required for all exports of live plants, seeds, and most dried plant material. We arrange phytosanitary certificates for all qualifying export orders.

14. Who handles customs clearance in the destination country?

We handle all Indian export customs clearance and documentation. Import customs clearance in the destination country is the buyer's/importer's responsibility. We provide all documentation required for import clearance but cannot guarantee import approval — this is determined by the destination country's authorities.

15. Do you offer Halal-certified products for GCC markets?

Halal certification is available for select products. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise on availability and lead time. For GCC markets, we also provide FSSAI certificates and can arrange Arabic labelling for qualifying order quantities.

16. Can you supply GC/MS reports for essential oil exports?

Yes — GC/MS reports are available for all essential oil exports on request. MSDS/SDS documents are provided as standard for all essential oil export orders. These documents are required for most international essential oil imports.

17. What are the HS codes for your products?

HS codes vary by product. We provide the correct HS code on all commercial invoices. Contact us for specific HS codes for your products of interest before placing an order — this helps you verify import duties and restrictions in your country before committing to an order.

18. Do you offer samples for export evaluation?

Yes — sample packs are available for export evaluation. International sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Sample costs are typically credited against the first commercial order. Contact us with your sample requirements.

19. What is the minimum export order?
