Jeerakaarishtam is a classical Ayurvedic fermented preparation (arishtam) referenced in Bhaishajya Ratnavali, prepared primarily from Cumin (Cuminum cyminum / Jeeraka) — one of Ayurveda's most valued digestive and warming herbs. Prepared by the classical arishtam fermentation method using Woodfordia fruticosa (Dhataki) flowers as the natural fermenting agent and jaggery as the fermentation base, this preparation is traditionally indicated for puerperal (postpartum) conditions, respiratory complaints, and related disorders.

Dosage

15–30ml twice daily after food, or as directed by your Ayurvedic physician. May be diluted with an equal quantity of water.
